Content production days are specific days allocated to creating and shooting content (video and photo footage).

This “content” is then used across communication channels including your website, social media platforms, presentations, printing collateral such as brochures, patient information pamphlets and emails which contain important updates.

Why are they important?

  • Content days give you a bank of material to use across your communication channels.
  • In an evolving digital world, people look you up!! Gone are the days where medical specialists did not have websites.
  • Content days enable you to have high-quality and strategically developed material that accurately capture you and your work.
  • The content can be used to help patients and families to understand their medical condition and treatment journey.
  • It is important to use to communicate your work to your target audience(s).
  • Helps your brand’s strategic planning to ensure your content aligns with your vision, message, story, and values.
  • Analytics: allows you to better track performance and adjust the strategy.
  • Batch creating content on an allocated day can be far more efficient and best “bang for your buck” then producing video and photo footage sporadically.

Here are our steps before and after content days!

Firstly, a discovery session so, we can gain an understanding of you and required tasks.

We then provide you an agreement with costs. Once both parties have agreed- including services, meetings, and deadlines- we can move to the next steps. Depending on the job, we usually ask for your logo files, and other branding elements, examples you like, and existing content bank.

We then move to the pre-production phase- planning is so important! We put together a presentation with a mood board, examples, shoot list, filming locations, etc for your approval. This is what we use on the production days.

Content production days take place (and.. action) then postproduction (editing footage) and then implementing this into your channels.
